CoreLogic, a leading provider of property intelligence, delivers mission-critical data and analytics to clients in real estate, mortgage, insurance, finance, and government sectors. As client demands evolved—seeking faster, cleaner data delivered directly into cloud-native tools—CoreLogic recognized the need to adapt accordingly.

“We weren’t just solving for speed," said Jonathan Gallo, Principal Product Manager, Cloud Strategy & Innovation at Corelogic. "We were rethinking what it means to be embedded in our customers’ decision-making ecosystems.”

Legacy file-based systems and manually managed pipelines simply couldn’t keep up with the scale and expectations of modern data buyers. What they needed wasn’t just better tooling—they needed a delivery foundation built for the future.

As Jonathan and Steven’s teams explored new cloud destinations like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, it became clear that reinventing delivery for each client was dragging the team down. “It wasn’t about files anymore," said Gallo. "It was about delivering answers, natively embedded in how our clients work.”

And with growth ambitions across the U.S., UK, and Australia, the old system simply couldn’t scale globally without multiplying complexity.

“It’s like we upgraded from an old, hand-built machine to a high-speed production line," said Pham.
